The Nobels Experience
Our History
Nobels opened in 2020 as a private event venue, hosting local birthday parties, organization meetings, and even a few wedding receptions. Nobels finally opened it's doors to the public as a restaurant in September 2023. Our plan is to expend our hours, meals, and menu to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.
Our Atmosphere
Nobel's restaurant, nestled in Smith County, exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families. The name Nobels pays homage to two Nobel Peace Prize winners associated with Smith County, whose legacies are commemorated throughout the establishment, showcasing their achievements, quotes, and contributions to peace.
Smith County, rich in history, has its story intricately woven into the restaurant's theme. The walls may feature historic wall art, photo frames, or decorations showcasing the county's past. Many of our metalworks were created by local artist Sarah Caum (check out her creative artwork here), who is also Nobels' executive chef.
Within the dining experience, there might be menu items named after local landmarks or historical figures or honoring the local heritage.
Overall, Nobel's restaurant provides a charming and inclusive atmosphere, merging family-friendly vibes with a tribute to the impactful legacy of Nobel Peace Prize laureates associated with Smith County, while celebrating the history and culture of the area.
